대한민국 지식재산대전 운영사무국은 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조 및 제17조에 따라 귀하의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 수집·이용하고자 합니다.

수집 항목 성명, 소속, 직책, 연락처(전화번호·이메일), 거주지역, 연령대, 참관 목적 등
수집 목적 행사 등록 관리, 출입증 발급, 행사 안내 및 만족도 조사, 향후 관련 행사 안내
보유 및 이용기간 행사 종료 후 3년간 보관 후 파기 (단, 법령상 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간까지)
제공받는 자 대한민국 지식재산대전 주최·주관 기관(특허청, 한국발명진흥회) 및 운영대행사
동의 거부권 및 불이익 안내 귀하는 개인정보 제공에 동의하지 않을 권리가 있습니다. 다만, 미동의 시 행사 등록 및 출입증 발급이 제한될 수 있습니다.
대한민국 지식재산대전 운영사무국은 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조 및 제17조에 따라 귀하의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 수집·이용하고자 합니다.

The Korea Intellectual Property Exhibition Secretariat collects and uses personal information in accordance with Articles 15 and 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea as follows:

Items Collected Name, affiliation, position, contact information (phone number, email), region, age group, purpose of visit, etc.
Purpose of Collection Event registration management, issuance of access badges, event notifications and surveys, future event information
Retention Period Stored for three (3) years after the event, then destroyed (unless retention is required by law)
Recipients of Information Organizers and co-organizers of the Korea Intellectual Property Expo (KIPO, Korea Invention Promotion Association) and the event management agency
Right to Refuse and Disadvantages You may refuse to provide personal information. However, refusal may limit your registration and badge issuance.
